Ordering Information
Shipping
Designs:
All of my designs are set up for automatic download. If you would like the designs e-mailed to you please check the “E-mail Designs as Attachment” box under “Other Information” near the bottom of the check-out page.
If you would like to receive your designs on CD, please order the CD from the “Designs” page. All CD’s are shipped for a flat rate of $5.95 via USPS. I will put all ordered designs on the same CD and mail it to you so you only need to order one CD for a given order.
Tutorials:
Tutorials are shipped via USPS on CD. Please note there is no need to order the separate CD as you do for designs. All costs are included in the purchase price.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged for Texas residents. The local rate where we are is 8.25%. The shopping cart automatically accounts for this and gives you the opportunity to correct it if you aren’t a Texas resident. On the shopping cart page look for the “change” question regarding Texas residency. Simply click on “change” and you will have the option to select the state/country you reside in and the tax will be corrected.
Payment
Payment is made using your credit card via the Roman Cart shopping cart and Authorized.net or PayPal. Both these services are certified SSL (Secure Socket Layer) providers so the information you provide is encrypted to prevent unauthorized use.
Refunds
There are no refunds given on my designs or tutorials. The nature of the product requires this policy. But if you want a refund for some reason there must be a problem. Please let me know what it is (sewinspiredbybonnie@verizon.net) and I’ll try to help you and correct any problems/errors there may be with a product.
Color Charts are included with each design set when required.
