About Us
A Welcome From Bonnie’s Husband
Thank you for visiting this website. It’s new and undoubtedly there will be a few errors and a couple of rough edges. But when you see the quality of Bonnie’s work I hope such problems are forgotten, or at least become insignificant.
Sew Inspired by Bonnie is the result of the hard work of my wife (drum roll), Bonnie. An enthusiastic sewer and machine embroidery nut, she has put years of experience to work in making this website possible. Bonnie worked several years at Sewing World of Grapevine, in, yep, Grapevine, Texas, teaching software, machine embroidery, and serger classes. She has also recently contributed to a couple of popular sewing magazines. The Summer 2010 issue of Creative Machine Embroidery & Textile Art featured a pillow project by Bonnie. The Dec 2009/Jan 2010) of Sew News magazine features a Christmas project Bonnie designed (check our “Talk ‘n Tips” page). I may be biased, but I think one would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable person when it comes to the use of embroidery software and many embroidery machines.
As time goes by more designs and tutorials will become available offering more for your embroidery enjoyment.
